Medical Necessity: All prescriptions are based on clinical evaluations, comprehensive lab work, and medical necessity as determined by a licensed provider. We do not prescribe testosterone or other anabolic steroids for aesthetic or performance-enhancing purposes.

Matrix Reformed does not dispense or ship medications directly. All prescriptions, if approved for treatment, are issued by our providers and fulfilled by independent, U.S.-based compounding pharmacies. Patients are responsible for filling their prescriptions, either through one of our recommended cash-pay compounding pharmacies—where we have negotiated preferred pricing—or at a local pharmacy of their choice, with insurance if applicable.
